Dear friends, classmates and colleagues,
2010 is now behind us. As always, it was a year of ups and downs and for us as a district association particularly because it was our first. Even if it this year in the national association was not very good and it was unfortunate events, so we hope that 2011 will be better. We hope to reflect and to new peace and a new leadership.
