Noch bis 23. Oktober werden auf der Ausstellungsfläche im Rathaus-Center in Ludwigshafen drei Erdgas-Fahrzeuge und ein Rennwagen aus dem VW Scirocco R-Cup, der mit Biogas betrieben wird zu sehen sein. Die Landes-Initiative „Rheinland-Pfalz gibt Gas“ informiert mittels der Präsentation zweier mit Erdgas betriebener Serien-Fahrzeuge über die Vorteile der Antriebsart von Fahrzeugen mit Erdgas.

Erdgas-betriebene Fahrzeuge stoßen 25 Prozent weniger CO2 aus und erfreuen sich eines geringeren Kraftstoffs-Verbrauchs als vergleichbare mit Benzin betriebene PKW-Modelle.
