JEWISH STORIES AND MUSIC
Dirmstein. (Red / js). 17. March 2009. are Jewish stories and music are on Wednesday 18 March, from 19.30 Clock in Dirmstein (Sturmfeder'sches lock) to hear. Die Reihe „Dirmstein erinnert sich“ ist nach Angaben von Ortsbürgermeister Jürgen Schwerdt nicht zuletzt als Beitrag zum 60-jährigen Bestehen der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zu verstehen.
In Dankbarkeit für Freiheit und Demokratie dürfe man auch eine unrühmliche Epoche der Geschichte nicht vergessen, die in Dirmstein ebenso wie anderswo Menschen zur Flucht gezwungen oder ihnen den Tod gebracht habe.
